1/10/100 QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS

process 1

Initial Assessment upon Arrival

As soon as our stock arrives, our vigilant forklift operators begin the first level of quality control. They instantly eliminate any bales showing defects, whether they're wet, stained, or dirty. (These are the first 2 hands)
process 2

Unbaling and Preliminary Sorting

Upon opening each bale, our skilled sorters remove any clothing that's damaged or shows any sign of defect, significantly reducing the risk of faulty items. (Here come the second set of 2 hands)
process 3

Detailed Section Sorting

Our facility boasts 17 unique sorting sections, ensuring a precise categorization of clothing. At these sections, highly trained sorters create each item for your order according to your exact specifications. (Engaging the third 2 hands in the process)
process 4

Double Quality Assurance

Once an item has been prepared, it undergoes rigorous scrutiny by two of our quality inspectors. This double-check ensures that each item aligns with your specified standards. (Incorporating the fourth 2 hands)

Final Check Before Baling

As the clothing is readied for the baling machine, another dedicated quality inspector makes a triple check. This ensures the label genuinely represents the clothing inside. (Finalizing the process with the fifth 2 hands)

When you add it all up, you can see that every 1 bale of clothing has passed through 10 hands for checks on quality, only then do we create 100 lbs of clothing for each bale. Our promise? 1/10/100 every time!
